FEES

Fees, if applicable, are payable weekly by direct debit, in arrears.

The current fees, which are not for the hours funded by 'free ECE subsidy', are only:

For children under 3 years: $92 per week, per child.
For children 3-5 years: $72 per week, per child.

HOLIDAYS

The centre remains open throughout the year, with the exception of the statutory holidays. Fees are charged for all absences for whatever reason, other than the circumstances detailed below.

Sick Days or Holidays: If your child is not able to attend because of health reasons (sickness or accident), own holidays or any other reason, your enrolled place will be preserved for up to 3 weeks. It may then cease, unless other arrangements can be made. The normal fee, based on the enrolled hours, still needs to be paid. If you do not, or you are unable to give at least 14 days notice in writing of an extended absence (more than 5 consecutive days), the normal fees will apply, but the maximum fee payable for an extended absence is a holding fee equivalent to two regular weeks enrolment. If you do give us 14 days notice in writing, the holding fee equivalent to one regular weeks enrolment shall be paid.
